Positions Available

  • Early Childhood Lead Guide/Teacher (ages 3-6)
  • Lower Elementary Lead Guide/Teacher (ages 6-9)
  • Upper Elementary Lead Guide/Teacher (ages 9-12 )
  • Assistants for each of the above lead positions
  • Substitute teachers


The ideal candidate will hold a degree and a Montessori certificate from a MACTE program. However, if we find a candidate that is a certified teacher and has a Montessori mindset, we will help that individual become Montessori trained. Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • A passionate desire to make a difference in children’s lives

For full-time Teachers

  • Experience as a lead teacher
  • A Montessori Mindset
  • A valid AMS, AMI or MACTE accredited Early Childhood, Lower Elementary, or Upper Elementary diploma is preferred
